We accept returns or exchanges for approved dresses or apparel items within 14 days of when your item delivered. You may request a return or exchange by emailing [email protected], and a return label will be issued to you once the return or exchange is approved. The item must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached. If the item shows signs of wear (excessive wrinkles, stains, snags, perfume smell, etc.) then the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

We do not accept returns for accessories. We may approve exchanges if the items are still in stock, however the customer will be responsible for shipping charges. This beautiful dress gives me all the Christmas feels! Cannot wait to wear it during the holidays! I ordered M and usually wear a 6 or 8- fit is perfect!!!

I was so excited about this dress. It’s cute but looks terrible on. It’s so wrinkled and if steaming it didn’t help. I wore it because I didn’t have time to get another. I’m sooooo disappointed.
